Greeting you will be renowned interior designer Caroline Thompson, co-founder of Santa Barbara’s Cabana Home who will talk about this property’s transformation. Meet celebrated author and chef Pascale Beale who’s crafted a 3-course menu from her new book “Flavour” around Santa Ynez Valley’s estate grown olive oil, Luretík. Founder Elise Magistro will lead a tasting of her award-winning olive oil varietals used in the luncheon’s preparation along with local wines and Hallstein Artesian Water.

This afternoon will be a feast for the eyes and palate with Instagram-worthy table settings, culinary discoveries, and innovative uses of varying flavors of olive oils. Included in your ticket is a signed copy of “Flavour,” and a bottle of Luretík’s certified organic olive oil.
